Ages 3 & 4
Creative movement classes are a fun-filled introduction to the world of dance. Each 50 minute class is designed to stimulate the child in a whole body approach to learning. While utilizing ballet based vocabulary, many forms of movement and varieties of dance are explored.

Ages 5-8 yrs old.
Jazz Hip Hop is our popular class concept that infuses the funky style of hip hop with the technical side of jazz. Students will learn the fundamentals of each style such as isolations and flexibility. This class will encourage students to dance outside of the box and bring their own personality to each movement. We pride ourselves on being a family oriented dance studio and go out of our way to find clean age-appropriate music.
Age 5-8 yrs old.
This classes introduce younger students to basic ballet vocabulary and technique in a structured yet fun setting. Work on stretching, extensions, simple legs and arm positions, steps and jumps a cross of studio to improve coordination, musicality.
9 yrs old & up
A twist of latin-Fusion is a blend of (latin) dances and fitness principles. ... They're on their own, meaning you're working on a specific dance within that style, whether you're a taking a dance style and or learning specific dance. All students will learn different choreographic styles and performance quality techniques.Choreography allow students to go behind the scenes and become teacher, dancer, visionary, creator, collaborator, and director. Students apply their own skills and knowledge of different styles of dance to create dance phrases of their own.
Contemporary Dance / Choreography
Ages 9 yrs old & up
Contemporary dance is a style of expressive dance that combines elements of several dance genres including modern, jazz, lyrical and classical ballet. Contemporary dancers strive to connect the mind and the body through fluid dance movements.Choreography allow students to go behind the scenes and become teacher, dancer, visionary, creator, collaborator, and director. Students apply their own skills and knowledge of different styles of dance to create pieces that they perform for each other as well as audiences in our winter and spring performances.
Modern / choreography
Ages 9 yrs old & up
This modern class will incorporate many of the foundations of modern dance technique, including suspension and release, fall and recovery, the use of momentum and connecting breath with movement. Dancers will explore new ways of moving in combinations, floor work and partnering, and also in various methods of improvisation. All students will create and perform their own choreography.
Hiphop / Choreography
Ages 9 yrs old & up
Hip hop is a high-energy class that infuses the latest styles of street dancing, breaking, popping, and locking. Classes will encourage students to step outside of the box by bringing their own individual style and personality to the movements. Hip hop dance requires students to have the strength and stamina to successfully perform moves. Therefore class includes upper and lower body conditioning as well as a rigorous warm-up to help prepare students for more intense. Students will also learn choreography and learn how to build showmanship and confidence.
Show up and work up a sweat while following our fabulous instructor, and leave feeling good about their workout. Our dance fitness classes have a focus on cardiovascular and core exercises
Fundamentals of Music
4-7 yrs old.
This course is intended for students with little or no background in music who would like to develop a theoretical and practical understanding of how music works. Students will be introduced into the technical details of music such as musical notation, intervals, basic harmony, meter and rhythm. You will also focus on vocal aspect of music. Learning songs that fit your voice range and learn how to perform as a soloist and group. While doing this you will build confidence inside and outside of the classroom.
Teens & Adults
Boxing fitness is high intensive interval training that really utilizes your upper body, combining a number of different inter linked disciplines and movements. Unlike some sports it conditions the whole body whilst teaching you fun techniques.
