Music Instructor

​Candice Alderfer is a New York based musical theatre singer, performer and musician, while also immersing herself in the joy of teaching young students the elements of music theory through colorful and vivid hand drawn illustrations and diagrams. She currently creates YouTube videos, teaching the core fundamentals of music to absolute beginners and aspiring song writers and musicians. She has also created her own website www.thekeysignature.com and Instagram Account thekeysignature, providing weekly blog posts of musical ideas, new concepts and learning material to share with others who share her passion of writing music. Currently a student herself, and a firm believer of  “being a student for life,” is currently taking part in learning guitar, keyboard and music production with the use of computer hardware, software and musical imagination and creativity.
